Lower back pain (right side) and testicular pain (mostly right testicle but whole scrotom and lower stomach/groin pain). Feels like after you get kicked in the balls. That feeling in your stomach.

Started last Friday but wasn’t too bad, just uncomfortable. Felt fine Saturday and came back on Sunday afternoon, and was more painful than on Friday. Lasted a couple of hours. Was fine on Monday, but Tuesday morning came back again. Lasted half a day and I was fine. Felt fine yesterday, but woke up this morning and it’s back. Lower back hurts and it feels like my balls are in a vice. Not really any other symptoms. Not peeing frequently or pain or blood while urinating. Really weird how it lasts for half a day, then I’m fine for a day then it starts again. Basically every other day for the past week.

WTF would cause this? And what type of physician should I see?

I Googled “lower back pain and testicular pain” and these are some of the conditions it mentions. Lumbar spondylolisthesis, Urinary tract infection, Epididymitis, Kidney stones, Testicular cancer, Pelvic floor dysfunction.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Bro, get off the OT and go see a urologist. This aint facebook, and if you take advice from a doctor from here, you deserve to lose your balls.

Well one of the reasons I asked is to find out why type of physician I should go to.

How old are you? I would get that prostate checked if you are anywhere near 40.

The “normal” way to do this is to contact a “general” practitioner, who can then direct you to a “specialized” practitioner.

Went through a couple months where it felt like I had been kicked in my righ nut.

About the time I was ready to go to dr, noticed a bulge in my pubes.

All of your results point to Urologist, but starting with your general practitioner would be a better idea.

Yes. See a urologist.
Stone is #1 on the list but not typical symptoms.
