My 4 and half year old was a year and half before he started walking 
Sometimes I had to tell my wife to calm the frick down about it.

If she's 11 months and not rolling over or crawling she needs further evaluation ASAP. She should have already been doing those things months ago. Can she sit up without assistance? Can she hold her head up when laying on her stomach?

She is cognitively on track -- maybe ahead! This little booger smiles and coos and says da da and ma ma and she can take her little hair brush and brush her hair when we give it to her. It's precious. :)

Hell, I've studied this stuff and I expect myself to freak out when I end up having a kid.
Just remember, the timetables that they reference are averages. They aren't set in stone.

My little girl didn't walk until 18 mo. She didn't care to pull up or anything. When she was ready she hopped up and took off!
Was your little one a premature birth? That can delay anything. I was 8 weeks early. Delayed speech and walking for a while.
Talk to her pediatric doctor. Not every horror story on the webs.

Had her 9month checkup and doc calmly recommended PT. Didn't seem worried or too concerned about it.
If she's on her stomach she can push up and lift her head up very well. Just not pulling up or rolling over. Can't bring her knees up when she's in the push-up position to crawl.

One of my children NEVER crawled. He stuck one leg to the side and scooted on his butt. It looked ridiculous. He didn't walk until 14m. He's 7 now and will NOT quit running. Everywhere. And he's smart.

Although there are physical development delays with autism, it is the mental aspects which really define it. Just from what I read, i don't see anything that would have me leaning towards autism.

How much interaction does she have with other kids?
I don't want to start a whole stay at home/daycare debate, but my daughter has been in daycare since 13 weeks. She was not crawling. They moved her to a room with kids that were and she was crawling in 2 weeks. Same for walking. She was not walking, moved her to a room with kids walking, a week later so was she. I don't think it was a coincidence.
Now a year later the same exact thing is happening now that we are trying to potty train her.
Peer pressure can be a good thing sometimes.
I don't want to start a whole stay at home/daycare debate, but my daughter has been in daycare since 13 weeks. She was not crawling. my son is 5. he didnt start crawling until he was well over a year and started walking at 15 or 16 months IIRC.
We were concerned and it was well placed. He has Myotonic Dystrophy which is a form of Muscular Dystrophy. He is very healthy now but it caused a delay in motor skills development as well as speech and other things. He is about a year behind most the kids his age when it comes to things like that.
He makes up for it with his intelligence though. We actually that he was autistic before the diagnosis because he is so smart. He can read most 4 and 5 letter words already and he hasn't even been to kindergarten yet.
Anyway, my advise would be to contact your pediatrician and see what they say. They will lead you in the right direction

Sounds like a baby thats held a lot. I wouldn't be concerned at all. Once she starts moving she will develop quickly but you need to leave down more if you want her to develop quickly.

Same situation with a friend's child. They ended up hiring a private PTist and the child is fine. Like one poster said, it will take some time.
