Orleans Parish Inspection Sticker location that doesn’t care about tint

Does anyone know of a place in Orleans Parish where one can get an inspection sticker and that location doesn’t care about tint on the windows?
Save me the NOLA = shithole comments, I live in Metairie but asking for a friend.

We used to roll the windows down, pull the fuse, and tell the inspector that the windows are broken. Not sure if that still works though.
eta: not sure why all the downvotes. We used to do that in Kenner and get away with it, and those Kenner inspectors are notorious bastards.

Orleans Parish inspection stickers are possibly the shittiest thing about it. That whole system is a scam and the entities liscensed to issue keep shoddy records and likely just running a huge scam.

Do you have to get it done in the parish where you live? If not go to a small town, LaPlace maybe? Up in CenLa they do it at gas stations/auto shops and them baws give 0 fricks about tint.
Edit: Oh sorry, is this different from the State inspection sticker? What the Nola people call "brake tags" or whatever.

Tried that when i still lived in Nola. Inspector wouldn't give me a sticker if the windows didn't work. Said it was a safety issue.
I used to go to a gas station on General Meyer in algiers that gave zero fricks other than did your money fold into their pocket.
love getting them in JP now where i can get a two year and the guy barely even looks at the car other than to put the sticker on my windshield
