Many women donate their dresses though. Most to organizations that will give those dresses to poor brides, military brides, whoever the group is for.
Most have great intentions of doing something more with their dress.....but it ends up just sitting in their closet years and years

Oh, I definitely get the sentiment. I like your ideas of donating to military and disadvantaged people better. Just not my cup of tea for a deceased newborn.

only reason I see.keeping a wedding dress.is if you are going to pass it on to your own daughter.
I see both sides about donating it to passed newborns though. not sure what I would want if, God forbid, I was in that situation

I was in that situation. The kindness of people you know and don't know is amazing.
I think it's a sweet thing this woman is doing. Otherwise parents have to buy clothes from doll stores.
People like this and threads of love have a special place in my heart.
