One of the worst hoods in BR is on the other side of the damn fence. This isn’t a new development that City Park on that side of Dalrymple is dangerous.

East Washington St, Terrace Boulevard, and Myrtle Ave tPOS have easy access to the area, eyes are always watching unsuspecting people running and walking. Those streets need to be firebombed.

Dog parks = rescues in urban areas = the breed of peace.
If you choose to go to a dog park take bear spray so you can fog the entire mauling that’s gonna happen and drag you pup out.

About 12 years ago my wife and I were there with our kids for a birthday party. The playground had a bunch of kids, most not for the party, and they were playing cops and robbers. They somehow naturally decided that the white kids would be cops and the black kids would be robbers. I just watched in amazement as all of the robbers got away.

I was a college student living in Park Plaza apartments next to that park in 1979. People were constantly being robbed while I was there, and all of the tenants were jumpy as hell because of it.
I was actually in the process of moving out and got robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot. Then the real kicker was my apartment being burglarized before I could get all my stuff out of it.
