She knows the retards who voted her in are going to be pissed either way. They're either going to be mad that it was unjustified (zero chance) or they're pissed that it was ruled justified regardless of the facts. She can either ignore the facts like she did with Alton Sterling and further alienate the idiot whites who voted for her originally, or she can go against the ghetto constituents and lay it out as it is.

You have to realize that these politicians are simply a reflection of the useless voters who put them in Office. There’s a huge anti-cop groundswell, which often correlates to anti-white.
