We have a bunch of dumbass retired white women that protest Trump on the side of the road. As long as they aren't stopping traffic, I could not care what they protest.

Even stupid commie libs are protected by the law from getting punched silly while being held in the ground. That cop is screwed, and should be. Just because the beating is happening to someone we disagree with doesn’t make it legal.

I get this board leans far right/authoritarian, but that shits on video and Cincinnati is a liberal city. That cop is fricked and the tax payers will have to pay the bill for his lack of self control

If that protestor wasn't immediately complying with verbal commands - and it didn't appear he was - he's going to get dealt with harshly. Especially after already exhibiting physical resistance. Cop is on solid ground.

It wasn’t Cincinnati cops, and the guy went for the cop’s taser before video started (which was from another protester and left out the beginning) and then started pulling at something at his under shirt which was taken as a weapon (found out it wasn’t after it was over). Cop had to make sure he couldn’t get to a possible weapon, couldn’t get to cop’s weapon while the thug kept resisting arrest on the bridge right near the rail and in danger of someone getting shoved over the railing if he just kept letting him get up and continue resisting. Cop ended the danger without loss of life.
That’s not far right or authoritarian, but You must be a leftist swine.

I’m not ignorant enough to be partisan, leave that to the sheep. Those firmly right wing are really no different from radical libs…they’re just too dumb to realize they’re on the opposite side of the same coin
But I do see a cop losing his cool and using excessive force on someone already restrained. And if I see it, that means 100 civil rights/personal injury attorneys in the Cincy metro saw it too and are seeing $ signs. And when it goes to court, the DA’s hand will be forced

Is that what was going on? Man frick those people. If people are stopping traffic for some bullshite protest, it should be legal to run over them. For the driver's safety. If a car is stopped and all of these people are protesting and doing shite idiots do when they are mad, on roads, it should be considered self defense to run through them.

Uh, how is that not extremely relevant to this discussion. People are fine with the officers actions due to the guy interfering with traffic, so I’m curious what should have reasonable force in January 2021 where protestors were both armed and violent
