This is how fricked up americas legal system is. People that have had their homes wrecked by hurricanes have to fight and sue to just get what they are owed in their contract (much less other damages), while these idiots can somehow try to prove damages due to the authenticity of one of the most processed foods sitting on the grocery store shelf.

I just wish the icing on the actual pop tart matched the photo on the box.
