I read a few books on NK. If I recall, at least at one point, it was illegal for them to be found with a cell phone. Every village there has people living within the villages who reports to the government. And whats messed up is that if that person doesn't like someone in the village.. Someone they might get into it with, they will report them with some infraction and the government sends in people to go into their residence and search through their house (or hut). This video is propaganda.

The sad thing is most common people around the world are the same. They want to raise their families, love their kids and live a happy life. It is the leaders that twist and take advantage of these people for nefarious reasons…and it’s not just N Korea.
