Saw a special about law enforcement stuff a while back. The slime trucks were somewhat cool.

That’s actually a cool idea make people so miserable that they can’t continue. I was thinking of some kind of mosquito attractants. Douse people in it and they wouldn’t stop scratching for days!

Two words: Cross contamination.

I read somewhere that someone has invented skunk water but I don't think it has been used.
