quote:

The Texas state trooper arrived at Robb Elementary within two minutes of a gunman entering the school and starting his massacre last May.

Crimson Elizondo is seen in her Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) uniform, handgun drawn, outside the school building in Uvalde, and then briefly in the hallway on the body camera footage from another law enforcement officer.

She was one of the first of the 91 DPS officers to arrive, one of the 376 total law enforcement personnel who went to the school where the shooter was left for 77 minutes – with dead, dying and traumatized victims – before he was stopped.

quote:

The school police chief was fired and now seven DPS officers are being investigated for what they did – or did not – do.

CNN has uncovered exclusively that Elizondo is one of those officers. A source close to the investigation also confirmed that to CNN.

She no longer works for DPS. During the summer she left and got a new job.

Now, she is a police officer for the Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District (CISD), where her role is to protect some of the very same children who survived the Robb Elementary shooting.

I don't blame a single one of the kids who don't want to go back into a Uvalde school

She looks to be fairly fit. Maybe OnlyFans?

Quit a well paying Texas DPS job with phenomenal benefits to work for a school district?

Sure she did

i feel for those families, i really do. it's an absolute tragedy.

BUT - i'm tired of hearing about Uvalde. It's become nothing more than a cudgel here in Texas for politicians to point the blame at each other. There are Beto O'Cuck ads running 4 times an hour on every channel blaming Republican leaders in Texas for what happened in Uvalde and the 2021 Texas freeze.

Until those officers are held accountable, the story should never go away.

that's fine. i hope they are.

still doesn't change my opinion that it's being used to score political points ahead of the 2022 elections.

strictly based on her ability to stand there and keep those tiny cones up, i don't think she's responsible enough for the job.

nah. i'm capable of giving my opinion on the subject while appreciating the context of the OP. and you know....without constantly whining about the overall sentiment of the OT Lounge.

Honestly, I don’t know how those officers can still live in that town. If I’m in the food and beverage industry, I’m fricking with all those pigs food.

You got two options:

Run in with guns blazing to take out the shooter and potentially get killed in the process, but also be the hero

OR

Do nothing, allow countless children to be murdered and spend the rest of your life branded a coward

I'm taking the risk and going in

I wonder how the three families that are on my television every 20 minutes campaigning for Beto feel about this.

No one ever said he was smart. The opposite really.

He even admits it in his post. He's tired of hearing ads blaming his chosen party. They always tell on themselves in the end.
