Hint above. And yes, the Saints and Pels aren’t sustainable as this continues post a benevolent owner married to a dying region.
You got what you voted for and the franchises will be better off elsewhere.

Give me an example anywhere where comparable demographics yield a successful livable city where you’d be happy to raise a family?

Great city to visit for 48 hours and if you live to tell the story, you never go back.

A lot of that is the Hurricane Ida effect on the insurance market coupled with the across the board hike in property taxes from the idiot assessor. It's too expensive to be a homeowner, and where I live you've got rich yankees buying up homes as vacation or retirement properties which causes an artificial immunity to the taxes and insurance problem.

It's not a euphemism or a "dog-whistle" when reasonably educated adults use a common term that you don't understand. You just need to work on your elementary vocabulary.

shite I feel like it's getting better. Maybe because of the bourbon street and super bowl thing but they seem to be cleaning shite up. Still not going though.

A lot of bars, restaurants, motels on and on were hurt.
I know a restauranteur with multiple French Quarter restaurants. He said they did poorly during the Super Bowl, broke even in their first quarter (Not Jan-March. It ended about the end of February), and are booming now.
