I need legal advice. Is there anyway to fight a Pendente Lite order in a divorce proceeding?
Any sheisty lawyers in Alabama that can handle what is shaping up to be a nasty divorce??

Not sure where you work, but my company has some sort of legal benefit (basically lawyers they have on payroll to help employees). I only know about it because I happened to be paying attention in that part of the benefits seminar, but may be worth digging through.

Let me tell you how those work. About once a week I get an unsolicited email from some random employee legal services group wanting to refer a client to me. They always have a list of conditions where I have to cut my fee or meet with them for free. I just delete them.
Any attorney that is good enough to stay busy isn't going to take on work for less money than they can make themselves. If you use those services you either end up with a new attorney, an attorney that doesn't have much business or an attorney that will just try to overcharge you later to make up for the reduced rate those services detail.
