I can't stand the exits on the left for 110. Who puts an exit lane coming off of the lane designated for passing? This probably leads to a lot of unnecessary congestion and wrecks.

Simple answer is traffic control / infrastructure.

Crime.
For some reason it just continues to get worse. It also appears to be popping up in neighborhoods which it was never seen in before.
