I have a Colt M4 which is literally the exact same thing I had in the military with only marginal differences between the public v military rifles. I don’t have burst fire but guess what, even GI Joe does not use burst fire. So losing that feature is no big deal at all. It is a waste of ammo and destroys accuracy.
The weapon platform you are talking about was initially not designed for the military but don’t let facts get in the way.
And as of yet I have not seen anyone post what weapon was used…..but let’s jump to conclusions guys.

One of the deceased, Corbin Holston, was 23 years old and had moved away from Dadeville. He also was arrested last year for:
- ATTEMPTING TO ELUDE LAW ENFORCEMENT
- Reckless Endangerment
- POSSESSION OF CONCEALED WEAPON WITHOUT PERMIT
- Obedience to Police/Firemen

CrimeStopper is now offering a $5,000 reward to anyone with information on the shooter(s)….

Tampa news just said there is no information on the shooter, or motive. Is the Ann Coulter rule in effect?

The kills/injureds ratio would deem to indicate it is.
If Alabama deer hunters shot like that you wouldn't be able to drive there.

Okay, this just got more “OT worthy.”
One of the deceased, Siah Collins, was also an amateur rapper and friends with some people that were shot.
“Rap” song he dropped the day before he died
He has pictures of him with guns.
Another guy shot, Kai, had a post on FB a couple days ago, “Man everybody tryna hit today tell my “opps” pop out in auburn” - guessing that means his opponents to come out and confront him. Some random guy responded yesterday - “Guess they popped out”

They just said on local Tampa news that one of the deceased was 18, and had a scholarship to play football at Jacksonville State.
That seems to be a kid that was doing what he was suppose to do, trying to build a better future for himself, without knowing anything else about him.

Speculation is he may have been one of the shooters.

Yea, we’ve posted that all throughout this thread. He was the older brother of the birthday girl. Their mom was also shot twice and in the hospital

Who gives a shite. The point is that "military grade" is a useless label slapped on it to draw out emotion from idiots who don't know any better. Like "weapons of war" or "common sense gun safety."

Has the shooter or shooters been identified yet?
Posted on 4/17/23 at 7:46 am to RetiredSaintsLsuFan
Since the brilliant minds of the OT told me this wouldn't be picked up by major news networks. I just want to say it was the lead story on CBS this morning.

No, not officially. A friend of the family of an alleged shooter is saying their son was arrested in connection with it though. Very much sounds like some thug/gang shite that were just blasting the room

Fits their narrative right now…”mass shooting at 16 year olds birthday party, killing at least 4 youths”
When it is revealed this was a handful of thugs that got into a gun fight, shooting randomly and hurting bystanders…this will go away like a fart in the wind

48 hours had an episode on a housing ( Apartment) complex in Atlanta. Murder there among "teenagers" over a tv sale. In course of investigation it was discovered that the complex was scene of recent "rap' video. The "residents' lined the balconies displaying a variety of weapons. Following the murders, the federal government ordered the complex torn down. Rats scattered elsewhere in Atlanta. But the whole thing was an "eye-opener" to the abundance of guns in homes.

You do realize most guns are not legally obtained right?

I'll say it again:
IF idiots like the ones in this thread get their way, they will NEVER go to these places to get the guns. NEVER.
They are going to come after those evil christians, suburban whities, and whoever else they deem their "enemy". The real thugs will get to keep their guns so they can continue to terrorize you.
