Some places you can not bond out of DUI they make you wait up to 24 hours for arraignment.

The bond conditions were set by the judge, apparently they monitor you.
For the doubters, this is 100% true.
I feel terrible for her but the judge told me I could't get her out until her Plea hearing next Friday.
