She should have stayed away from the sauce. It isn't hard.
And now Scruffy is gonna make himself a White Russian.

Unless they made her park her car in the living room, the breathalyzer was in the home. The Torch said so.
I was going on the premise that their permanent housing was the car.

Okay, after reading this thread I have a few questions.
I see you live in the DFW area. Anyone know the names of the counties this would include? They should have recent arrest posted somewhere.
I have never heard of an "in home breathalyzer test". If you get a DUI, it doesn't automatically mean it is illegal to drink at home. Breathalyzer test are put in vehicles in which people have to blow in before they can start their vehicle and if they have been drinking they are not allowed to start the vehicle so what would be the purpose of a "in home breathalyzer"?
And this machine takes a picture? How does that work. If she has to do it 3 times a day, is there 3 set times she has to do it? So when she does it, it snaps her picture then it sends it to the police department? That really makes no sense at all. Let's say she has to do it at 8AM. 12PM, 5PM. Once she does it at 5PM then she has 15 hours until she has to do the next one (whatever time she has to do it, at some point she will have a relatively long gap until the next time she has to do it).

I am glad to know that company has compassionate customer service representatives.
Think of the horror that would happen if the customer service reps were from India?

Nobody on a first offense DUI has to blow into an "at home" breathylzer. I have a friend that got two in a year and he only had to get an interlock device installed in his car so he could get a hardship license
The in home device is the same as an interlock but of course it's not in the car, its' new.
This is in Texas and this is her first ever arrest for anything, I was shocked when he locked her up.

Can a judge in home breathalyzer monitoring in austin texas for a 1st time offender
Austin, TX | on Apr 16, 2013
oreder to perform 18 months probation, 1 year in home breath monitoring 3 times a day, and general counseling. Does this sound right. I know many people that have had 1st offense cases dropped.
