No company is going to take on that legal liability.
The first adverse reaction from the immunization, no matter the reason, and they'll be sued to hell and back for mandating it.

Better team up with a block of employees and tell the boss none are getting the vaccine.
Individually, they’ll kick you to the curb. If they have to replace an whole dept or a large chunk of it (assuming here you have some value to the company) they’ll balk and at worst buy you some extra time.

I have to get the flu vaccine for work, so I would assume it's legal to require the COVID vaccine as well.
