When you block out time on your calendar, do you keep the subject private? Blued out slot…

Or:

Do you suck up arse and show you’re actually working leaving it free access for anyone to know the meeting, client and topic?

Of course you keep the subject private, wtf? Whether you are blocking off time to negotiate billion dollar deals or are just whacking it on the toilet, that’s nobody’s business but your own.

Our company policy is to keep it public unless it's a legit private appointment, out of office, or working from home.

I guess I'm privileged because I have no idea how to even do this. If someone is blocked off they have a reason...

I always get weirded out when I can see others meeting topics in outlook. You know they work or have worked for a massive micromanager.

Also I block calendar for private appointments either blue or OOO. Also
block all fridays after 3 PM EST because frick Friday afternoon meetings after that time.

I thought this was going to be a thread on Ol' Miss, and Miss St. outlook for the remaining games.

Agreed - it is a bit excessive IMO.

You block off time for that? What do you do during your team/zoom meetings, pay attention?

Most people still use technology when working at an office.

I don't keep it private. I don't normally have many appointments though that I schedule, so normally the subject comes to me not private.

Private appointments go on my gmail.
