120 Days of Sodom and it's not even really close to anything else

Belongs on the first page.

The director Pasolini was murdered right before its release, possibly by the mafia. Horrifying film.

Sublime movie Youtube
The trailer does not do the movie justice. This movie just creeped me out bad and made me feel dirty while and after I watched it.

It's not real. I think Looking at gore pictures and films is much worse. I can't watch those.

Some of the scalping descriptions in Blood Meridien.

The X rated version of Caligula was an eye opener.

Elephant.

It came on TV in the middle of the night a few years back when I couldn't sleep, so I gave it a watch.

When you have no idea what it's about, it's highly disturbing.

Irreversible with Monica Belluci had a couple of scenes that wouldn't leave my head.

Lilya 4-ever is the most depressing movie ever made.

Just read Johnny Got His Gun and the idea of being trapped inside of your own body with virtually no way to communicate to the world and only left to your inner thoughts for some reason struck a chord with me as the worst hell on earth I could imagine. I'm not usually one for anti-war literature, but this one didn't seem to be incredibly in your face.

One by Metallica was inspired by this and they actually bought the rights to the film to not have to continue paying royalties to use clips in the music video.
