In the mornings, the sun beams through the window next to my desk in my air conditioned home office. The light glares onto my monitors for about 30 minutes. I REALLY hate closing the blinds while I'm working, but sometimes I have to. I've considered reconfiguring the room completely to avoid this 30m of sunlight to screen interference.

Same, but the sunlight really screws with the lighting on the video conferences I have before 11 AM.
Sometimes, I just schedule fewer meetings in the mornings and listen to music.
