You’re being naive if you don’t think Karens are out there itching to do exactly this.
No, it’s not 100% always enforceable, but enough is done here in Texas to where mostly everyone complies with it. I’m not sure I’ve seen someone without a mask in any store since the beginning of the mandates here. And there are a ton of hall monitors all over Texas subreddits tattletelling on anyone they see.

MORE: violation of mask order will result in a misdemeanor summons. BRPD will be enforcing
granted I did not listen to the whole thing but I didn't see any mention of relying on the businesses for enforcement

If it did, would be produced with barely lifting a finger. Anxiety is one of the number 1 reasons why doctors say some shouldnt wear a mask. Want to know how hard that would be to produce for someone taken to court?

How is that going to work?
In Chicago the way it's worked is you wear it whenever walking around, going to the bathroom, etc. But when you're at your seat/table you can take it off, and employees are wearing them. And tables/chairs are spread out. I'd assume it would be similar down there.
