Two people are dead and three others are hurt from a shooting at a Houston flea market, where thousands of people were shopping on a busy Sunday, the Harris County Sheriff's Office said.

The shooting appeared to stem from an altercation between five men, according to the sheriff's office.

Two died on scene and three men were hospitalized in critical condition, the sheriff's office said.

No innocent bystanders were hurt, authorities said.

I feel "Mass Shooting" is a loose term now. 5 shot, thats a normal night in Jackson. They don't call those mass shootings.

That’s not a mass shooting. That’s a gun fight.

So apparently, there was a gun fight at a Hoston fleaarket. Thanks for sharing this valuable info.

"Among" five men, or "between" two groups of men.

I still think we need to clarify the term “mass shooting”. This ain’t some frickstick incel with a manifesto, right? Just a disagreement turned deadly? Doesn’t seem to be the same to me.
But I get that there are multiple casualties.

Man I hate when people come in with crazy conspiracy theories.. But what bothers me the most is that they talk as if its fact. I am saying this as "this could happen, you never know, but I have absolutely nothing to back it up so its just something that popped into my head".

As for as I know its a coincidence, but what are the chases that someone could find the people online and then whether its contacting them directly or posting on some platform they know they will see, but they spot people who they think meets a profile of someone easily triggered. So they put shite out there that they think would radicalize these people to the point they will carry out these acts... In order to fit some political agenda. With midterm elections going on an everything.

I once nearly witnessed something similar at a flea market that stemmed from the potential sale of a "registered" blue tic hound that was actually neither registered nor a blue tic hound.

No shots were fired, but one ol' baw did get pistol whipped. No charges were filed. That's what we call "flea market justice".

Im putting my 1 guess as to what these individuals look like in a sealed envelope to be opened once they make arrests or announce a warrant

If I was to place a bet on this, I would bet on what is the most likely. Blacks are probably more likely to shoot one another after an altercation.

Whites are more likely to go in a place and just start shooting. They go to their place already triggered. blacks, they usually get triggered at their location. That based on research baby.

Took me a couple tries to find an article that gave a location it. it's this one, in the Del Norte region of Harris County: Google maps

My mom took me there once or twice as a youngster. No way would I want to be in there packed in with "thousands of patrons," as the SO suggests were present.

Nothing about a shootout between 3-5 guys in that part of town is surprising, just that it was in a crowded place during daylight. But that's been happening more and more.
