Yeah it's cyclical especially when wife has her weekly flow.
Then late pregnancy, kids born, kids in diapers.....for a man those are lean times.

But men prepare your anus for the wife's menopausal years. That's about 4-5 years straight of "flow" week and sex drive for her drops. Beware. Anti-depressants and hormone therapy will help her.
