i have a "friend" thats been dating the same guy for 8 years. Sex was frequent until they moved in together, now it's nonexistent. GET THIS....she is willing and wants to, but he has no desire. I get a little tired of the men bitching about their SO holding out and blaming the woman, when there are GUYS out there that are too fkn lazy and/or selfish. This couple is late 40s. They are very attractive and very physically fit...neither looks their age. She says he says he isn't cheating, I believe its all because he is LAZY AND SELF CENTERED. This shite hurts a relationship ...

It became a huge factor in the inevitable demise of my marriage. He had a lot of sex hang ups & didn’t want to do it. Nobody wants to feel unwanted. It starts to give you a complex.
I know...cue the “you must be hideous” comments.

Hey Evil, My thing is he has never had any sexual hang ups. Its like, now that we live together, im just a room mate. For a while it was just me giving him the good old BJs whenever he wanted, no recipricating. Communication sucks too because he refuses to wear his hearing aids because he is too modest. Thinks it makes him look old. WTFever. I'm in good shape, but I feel like I'm not attractive...especially to him anymore. There are no excuses....he doesn't have ED & we don't have kids at home, nothing. I don't know what his deal is, but as my partner, he SHOULD want to make me happy in that department. Its infuriating.

But this is 100% real. I don’t understand how people of either gender expect to have happy relationships when they are indifferent to their partner’s needs. I know I am a little too extra in the people pleaser department, but damn. It’s not that hard to be a willing and enthusiastic sex partner.

THANK YOU!!! someone who gets it! I'm the people pleaser in my family, and i don't mind giving, but damn! the person that is suppose to love you the most, can't put a little work into it? shiiiiit. Neon: do you think he’s actually gay? That seriously sucks. If you aren’t married, I’m not sure how long i’d stick around for that. Years of dealing with rejection & giving unreciprocated BJs, hoping he’d make some effort made me feel so shitty.
