BATON ROUGE, La – A marijuana ring spanning 2 parishes was busted this week after a growing operation was discovered at a home in Villa del Ray subdivision. At least 5 men were arrested and charged in the incident. Due to COVID restrictions at the Parish Prison, 5 inmates charged with lesser crimes, such as murder, rape and speaking to the media about the bias rules within the BRPD, were released to make room for those arrested.
“This was the largest, most well organized marijuana growing operation we’ve seen besides the one run by LSU over on Highland Road,” said a spokesman with local law enforcement. “In fact, if the guys we busted would have had a history of sexually assaulting a couple dozen college aged girls, with absolutely no consequences because of how much money they made for LSU, and a shitty football team, it would have been hard to convince us that this wasn’t actually a University approved grow center,” he said.
Sounds like a major bust.

Spending $1 on fighting marijuana is a waste of money, much less the hundreds of millions the state of Louisiana spends.
I find it truly to be a truly abhorrent waste of tax payer money. A total "frick you" to our faces.
