My opinion of rent/mortgage forgiveness is the same as student loan forgiveness. If you do it then you need to refund me too. I worked a full time job while in auburn to pay for my school and my grades suffered some due to it. Why am I punished for being responsible and working hard.

I haven’t missed a day of work since this whole shite started and I have had to deal with a work force that resented me everyday for it. They wanted me to fire them so they could draw a bigger check at home and they let me know by staying in my face screaming at me the whole time.

Friend, you are posting to the wrong people. I agree 100% with you. It's a sad day/year for many people due to this crap.

We are really all into this crap. People have to realize that this will take monies out of every bodies pocket when the stock market crashes 6 months from now if not sooner.

Why would a Dr know that answer? They aren't the ones doing the studies on the effectiveness of masks.

Friend,

How are masks supposed to work when half the people don’t wear them and another quarter of people do not wear them correctly?

The CDC and the White House were foolish from the beginning and never regained the trust of Americans in regards to masks. In March we should have used every resource in America to pump out N95 masks, one for every American for every three days. Our leaders should have pushed the importance of masks in saving lives and the economy. They should have taught how to wear them properly, even so far as classes to do it, just as health care workers go through classes on how to don PPE.

Instead we got a piecemeal response with so many discordant messages it’s no wonder the average American is distrusting of any authority. Masks, and especially N95 masks, when used appropriately, were our biggest protection, not shutdowns, over the last nine months. But we squandered that opportunity.

Yours,
TulaneLSU

Why do you need to be a doctor when you can just look at Europe, who had strict mask mandates and a population that had full compliance?

And their cases still went through the roof.

Because the idiots voted for a party that promotes this.

The bigger issue is that if you started trying to have an honest conversation with either of these people about economics, it would become very clear within 5 minutes that they have less understanding than some high school students.

The best part about this is the logistics of fiscal relief to the landlords or the renters whichever Congress will choose. That will be a bigger mess than the SBA program getting the money to them. The Fed can't just buy the underlying paper and fix everything like they do with bonds and Treasuries for large business.

That wouldn’t have worked and you are being a disingenuous douche if you think it would have saved the economy with lockdowns and forced business shutdowns.

Well, I wear a dam mask when I go out. C19 would kill me very easy.

I do. As far as the shut down, that was wrong from the start.

Don't waste time. He's a contrarian in every thread just for attention. He doesn't believe anything he posts.
