Cop did a good job stepping back and preparing himself for whatever that driver had planned. Yeah it does prove just how fast an attacker with a blade can close distance. Something progs refuse to believe no matter what.

Not sure if serious or sarcasm, but LEO are not trained to shoot to wound. They are also trained not to pull unless danger is imminent.
