Constable deputies said they responded to a weapon’s disturbance at the Wingstop located in the 2500 block of FM 1960 Road. Law enforcement said that witnesses said the suspect fled the scene in a vehicle after threatening them.
Constable deputies said they found the vehicle nearby and stopped him. The driver was identified as 32-year-old Tommye Nichols and was found to be in possession of a firearm, constable deputies say.
