If you can't watch the videos and see the guy TURN his body towards the chasing officers and raise his arm with the taser in it and point the taser at them, then, you're just trolling or blind. It is possible for the human body to both run and turn at the same time.
This shooting has all of the video evidence that people claim to want in these situations, yet the same people who took those videos and watched the damn scene unfold started rioting. They weren't protesting. Rioting.

Sounds like he had a history of beating up on his ol' lady and their kids. The crime that landed him in jail seems to be that he held his baby's momma hostage and roughed her and the kids up.
