Man killed and planned to eat girlfriend's dog - Almost an OT Goldmine

it doesn't sound like cruelty to animals.
its just nasty and messed up to eat a dog, but apparently that is legal in NM
this story is too trashy not to share. It has fatties in a hoveround, dog killing, dog eating, eye-talian dressing.
