I just take it once in the morning and I take my numbers when I wake up before I take any meds.
What about the drug suggested instead of this one?

I see my cardio doc and my endo doc early next month.
Long ago passed my expiration date. Figure if I am still here after my life somebody has the master plan and still something to do. Amazing how many kids give up or give in these days and have no clue how much harder life can actually be.
