95/45 can be a low normal for some ppl.
If that’s not your normal- and is significantly lower- then you may need to see your dr to figure out why it’s lower.
40 as your heart rate is low (unless you’re a well conditioned athlete) and I would see a dr about that.
Are you on any Beta-blockers? Those and many other heart / BP drugs can cause your heart rate and BP to be lower than normal for you.
