Good luck with that. All I'm doing this year is dropping off Cracker Barrel to go to my family and heading home. I just spent the past almost 2 hours trying to call in to place a to go order. Line either busy or was told they aren't taking any orders at the moment and call back.
Finally got someone and spent 15 minutes on hold and was able to place an order....and then told it will be ready in 2 hours for pick up.
While I'm doing that on my phone I drove to the Boston Market location by me and it was a shite show as well. Line out the door almost wrapped around the building and was told they were sold out of food if you didn't preorder or already place to go order...the line was people waiting to pick up food.

Nobody wanted turkey. We went with a small ham, chicken enchiladas, a red velvet Oreo cheesecake, homemade rolls, and coffee.
I ate a little and did not get packed like most Thanksgivings. It was awesome.
