LSU Parking Question re: garth brooks

Sorry if wrong board.
Hypothetically if you have a kid whose a student who has a hang tag for parking, and the car is in the parent’s name, if that parent hypothetically “swapped” cars with his kid Saturday would they only get a ticket or would said vehicle likely get towed? Asking for a friend, and also student won’t answer because student doesn’t like garth brooks.
BL: Parking passes are near $500. Kid has student parking tag; Hay fields too far to walk for my wife, and I’m too cheap to pay for a parking pass. Can I just swap?

They'll probably do like they do for football and empty out all relevant lots of student vehicles.

I’m going out on a limb here but I’m pretty sure parking lot attendants aren’t cross checking parking passes with vehicle registrations

LSU sold all the lots for parking just like football. I'm sure if you have a regular hang tag in a lot that LSU hasn't sold know one would now the difference.

Student parking lots typically don’t matter on game day unless its a reserved 24/7 spot around a dorm.
I gotta ask though, why would you not just swap the parking tag instead of swapping the whole car?

I guess it’s the same thing. Got a shiteload of people coming that can’t fit inside a Chevy Chevette.

If your wife has some sort of disability then don’t take this the wrong way but it’s like a ten minute walk from the hayfields. It shouldn’t be an issue to anyone that’s capable

Pastime is running a bus like they do for football season. Park under the overpass next to Pastime, the bus drops you off by old Alex Box and at the end of the night, you just have to walk past the railroad tracks to one lot beyond the practice field (not quite as far as the vet school).
It's school busses 90% of the time, so that part's not great, but it's cheap ($15-20 per person).

Also during football season those kids with the carts on the back of their bikes ferry people around, not sure how much they charge or if they'll be there though.
