Word has it that an injunction will be filed against LSU this week. They are going to end up litigating this thing out.

That would be the same as saying an LSU student died, so no tailgating for all LSU students.

The Gruver thing was stupid and I'm not really sure the intent was necessarily hazing but you could construe it. The other case you are speaking of is the Ben Wynn case. That individual drank himself to death with a combination of powerful alcoholic drinks ( 3 Wise Men) and a party drug(GHB, I believe) where he skipped getting drunk because he drank so fast
I place the Wynn responsibility on LSU for that one because they were so afraid of liability that they forced bid night off campus where it was mostly beer and much of that went to watering the grass and the fraternities then went off campus and many of them chose bars to do it where the access to hard alcohol was easier to get...and harder to monitor.....the LSU Admin was asking fr this
