Looking really good here. If no back to school bump in next week or two no reason to not phase 3 this thing.

Only 4,125 tests since yesterday.

Just low enough that JBE will say he can't change the restrictions until we start getting more tests.

What are the chances that JBE is saving all the cases to spread them out over the next week to lecture us on a Labor Day spike?

I want to know exactly when the cases were diagnosed. For as long as our lives are being dictated we need to demand more transparency.

New cases need to be listed by date of diagnosis as well in a constantly updating graph. It’s not hard, a college undergrad could do this.

How are we getting occasional hospitalization bumps?

They cannot be using any uniform admissions criteria.
We are down nearly 1/2 in a month.

I agree with your post but he is too scared to open up this state (even though they had thousands of people out for Labor Day). No masks or ZERO distancing...... he will puss out and put more people at financial destruction......

I know there’s no data to support another extension so I’ve been hopeful about going to a phase 3 that would really just be a true phase 2 (which we should’ve have been in for a while); however, seeing the first tweet mentioning low cases and tests ‘likely’ being from lack of testing and Labor Day delays scares me. They are already laying the foundation for the BS he will probably spew at 2.

JML doesn't phase 3 allow families back in nursing homes?

And isn't phase 3 "Normal" ie no masks?

I thought positives were required by law to be reported that day, so wouldn’t it mean that the only things not reported are negatives?
