JBE:

Two days of increased hospitalizations.

I will punish you all by going to Phase 4. You must now wear a full body condom at all times and bar owners must commit ritual suicide.

2.2% positive.

Definitely need to hold steady, might even need to go back to phase 1.25.

When does the labor day spike hit? Wasn't that day over two weeks ago now?

No, just 9 days.

It's coming. Be prepared. Hold on to your butts. Shut it all down.

18 deaths
Small increases in hospitalizations and ventilations.

There is zero doubt they are fricking around with these numbers.

We've been dropping for weeks now. Deaths still pretty high.

This all makes zero sense.

Per the LDH website EBR was 9% (8/27-9/2) and 5.9% (9/3-9/9) the past two weeks for positivity rates so local bars are still at least two more weeks out before EBR can even qualify to ‘opt in’

I’m convinced that every death gets tested for Covid and if the test comes back positive (even if it’s from a high cycle test that finds a positive from a long time ago), then the death is considered Covid.

"Most of these cases". If you're going to give a percentage on some days give them every day. Drives me nuts

At 2.2% positive, why even bother to test? Some of those have to be false positives as well, right?
