How many more people can be tested in La?

Also I noticed each time there is a "spike" the hospitals tend to say they are at capacity already earlier than the last spike when there was more people in the hospital. SO which is it? Y'all near capacity when 2000 plus people were in the hospitals or now when there is close to 900? Can't be both.

A lot parishes went above 10% on today's update (week of 11/5 to 11/11).

You understand that people go to the hospital for other reasons and not just for COVID

Disclaimer: Before I paste my normal stats, there's some crazy things going on with todays number. They are a lot lower than yesterday's number. For test collection dates of 11/4-11/17, yesterday there were 14,806. Today, the dashboard reports 12,421 "previously reported" cases for those dates. A decrease of 2,385. The dashboard reports 2,239 new cases at the top, but the "New cases" by date only total 1,301. When you see (1,100) below, that means that there was a negative case count change.

Total cases by collection date on or after 11/4/2020 - 13,706, plus hospitalizations equals 14,592. The number I posted yesterday using the same methodology was 16,575. There are 1,983 fewer active cases today than yesterday, a decrease of 11.96%. (1,100) of the 2,239 new cases are from test dates during this time.

Test Date 11/17/2020 11/18/2020 Change
11/3/2020 895
11/4/2020 1164 950 -214
11/5/2020 1198 1006 -192

The case spike is bullshite. They changed some way they report on November 1st. Look at how cases and percent positive goes up on November 1st. They’re blaming it on Halloween but you wouldn’t see a Halloween spike the next day. They’re cooking the books and using Halloween as the excuse.

The cases were already there before November 1st. You’re just finally seeing the data.

Who the f*ck downvotes my reporting of the state's reporting??? Yesterday people said I was using Democrat math when I said there were more cases reported in my 14 day analysis than the state's total new cases. That downvote is a very Democrat downvote.

Have another 1.5M to go in the population. Maybe we can get to 100% of the population before the end of the year.
