4Outside top 25 markets avg. $65k a year. That surprised me and seems to be a miserable career.

That's a decent but not great salary in most of the markets, but really, what do they do? I'm sure it has its stressors but overall it seems like a fairly cushy gig, outside of being recognized in town.

I knew a local sports talk guy in Little Rock. I think he made around $30k per year, but was over $200k doing guest spots, advertising for local businesses, etc.
