Used to be. Have some jeans from there, and quality is good.

I find their quality much better than J crew. Plus their guarantee is awesome. I don't think it's lifetime anymore, b/c too many people took advantage, but it's still pretty great.

Great customer service and classic styles. I have many items from them that are at least 20+ yrs old.

I tried to order some slippers from them at a Christmas last year and they were backordered until March.

I love them, better quality and service than most brands. Also, it's the only outdoor brand that isn't owned by a woke granola eating boomer hippie.

I probably wear mostly stuff from LL Bean or Orvis. Great middle aged dad clothes. Everything I've had from there is well made.

My favorite for many reasons:

-Pants and jeans with odd sized waist (33, 35 etc)
-Bean boots guaranteed forever - they’ll refurbish for approx $35
-They genuinely attempt to non- China source products and it shows
-Classic looks consistent over time

Brooks Brothers has not fallen off. Neither has LL Bean. I can still buy tall sizes in many of their line of clothing. Stuff lasts, too. Have had a few items that were not so great. Such as a rain jacket that literally disintegrated after a few years but that was an exception.

Gotta be better than Columbia or Patagonia.

Have a lot of LL Bean stuff. High quality, but the company has made changes to the return policy

STILL, I almost never have a return issue if the fit is right.

I and my wife have a pair of Bean Boots that are 20 years old. I wear mine every day deer hunting.

I threw away a pair of LL Bean boat shoes the other day that finally fell apart after 10 yrs. I ordered another pair and they seem to be pretty much the same. I think they still make quality products.

Their core products are still pretty solid. The stuff they’ve been making for years. And they still have solid customer service. They’ll usually replace an item no questions asked if you have a problem with it. I haven’t had to in years though.

I have no idea on their business casual stuff though. Never bought those other than a couple of button downs that were fine.

Brooks Brothers is still good. I don’t know who shops at JCrew. It’s expensive junk. LL Bean is fine just don’t make it all you have. IMO.

Like others, I still have shirts from LLbean from the early 2000. Still wear them, but for pants and jeans I now prefer Duluth trading. LLbean pants have fallen off so I don’t buy fro mm llbean anymore.

I only go with Levi’s just because of the selection and having a store here.

Levi's are shitty now. Their quality used to be good but not anymore.
