After he pointed a gun at him pulled the trigger had a misfire then ran while attempting to clear the misfeed. And he had a felony warrant. Seems pretty clean to me.

Glad they got the guy, but pitiful marksmanship from those policemen. At least 20 shots fired before they even hit the dude. Those 20 bullets landed somewhere. I just hope they didn't land inside someone's apartment or someone's car driving down that busy street.
