I actually got a Jura and while it was pricey we save quite a bit by using it. We used to get a good bit of Starbucks and also had a grind and brew style breville. It was a lot of hassle to use if you just want a cup or 2 and we’d end up wasting half of what we made.

The Jura just grinds a small amount of beans and makes a nice single cup that tastes a lot better than keurig coffee. Took the grind and brew breville to work where we make a big pot every morning.

Jura, hands down, makes the best cup of coffee.

The difference between drinking well brand or top shelf bourbon.

Spinn

I have a 32 Oz double walled stainless French press for big batches but the Spinn replaced my Nepresso. If you swear by Nepresso the Spinn is that on high dose test & Winny. It grinds the beans via a burr grinder, selects the right temp & quantity of water & you can decide what you want in bed via an app. One morning it may be an Americano the next an espresso or macchiato

I got a Jura about 10 years ago. I will never not have one now. It’s one of the few things in my house that is actually worth it. Like many have said you don’t understand until you get a bit used to it. I worked overseas for years and when I moved back it’s one of the first thing I bought.

Then when work from home started - that 1:30 shot of espresso is perfect

Then 4:30 espresso martini

Same for the price, it is hard to beat the drip style coffee makers. It won't make the same cup that some of the fancy machines, but it is good enough.

Anything is better than the shite coffee those Keurig and pod machines make
Just retired our fancy Keurig. We were grinding our beans and using a reusable cup. Got this

Night and day difference! Some things you really shouldn't skimp on. Mattresses are #1. If you are a coffee drinker, then get a good coffee maker. When I get up in the mornings, I pee, then grab the coffee. 365 days a year.

I’ve been at this for years and tried them all. This [French press] is the only thing for me that makes good coffee.

I agree! I wlswitched to a French press about 20 years ago. I can't do anything else. It makes perfect coffee.

Drip pot. I have versions from one cup to ten cup. Just don't ever scrub them. And if you want a cup of pod coffee, just pour a second batch of water over the used grounds.

This advice assumes Community Dark Roast.

Just bought a haier/ge..."cafe" coffee maker. Replacing a Wilfa precision. I like the cafe. It's very quiet i like I can select the temp and pregame programmable ...I can also set it to WiFi connection if I want to have dinner brewed for when I get home

Nespresso makes the best cup of coffee possible at home, but its coffee pods are way overpriced.

Get the pawpaw special, can’t go wrong.
