Let's hear the OT recommendations for pillows....

Time to get a new pillow and I'm a side and back sleeper. Never sleep on my stomach. Anyone using the purple pillow that can offer a review? Should one go with the Walmart pillows and replace every 6 mos? Down, polyester, memory foam, cooling gel?

I have always been a stomach sleeper but had shoulder work done so I had to sleep on my stomach and try to roll as little as possible. I bought a MyPillow and it really cradled my head so I didn’t toss and turn.

MyPillows aren't bad, but are thicker than I like. They have an order guide and I would recommend getting a flatter one that they recommend.
