So many streaming services have come about in the last 2 years.

I need some OT advice.

Have had Uverse for 3 years, Direct TV before that, with large DVR + decent OnDemand. Average package with the locals, ESPNs, Fox Sports affiliates, History, Discovery, A&E, FX/FXX/FXM, TBS, TNT, USA, etc.

Have 3 kids (11, 6, 5) so we need the kid channels
Have wife that loves Hallmark, E!, Bravo.

We have 2 TVs in the house with internet-Master + living room.
Both rooms for the kids are just basic flat screens but with USB ports for Roku/Firestick/etc. Just don't know what to get that's best for the whole home + mobile viewing when I travel for work.

TIA

Idk what bug crawled up Directvs arse, but my wife called to try and negotiate our bill and hopefully lower it.. ($130 for just tv and not even anything great) They said there was nothing they could do, so she naturally said I'd like to cancel. And they simply said "ok, mail in your equipment." We are switching to PS Vue with Roku devices. I might just go buy a new 55" TCL tv with everything built in for $300.

I pay $45/ month for Hulu TV. Has local and national channels. Most ESPN channels including SEC network.

Happy with it so far.

PS Vue. If I can find LA Tech games on TV with it, you can find whatever you want.

We've had it since they started offering it in BR. No complaints. I've had Sling, Vue and now YouTubeTV. It's been my favorite so far.

Hulu recently added a live guide that is much easier. We’ve been using Hulu for about 2 years now. No complaints

I prefer Roku. They are vendor agnostic so they have pretty much every app but iTunes. I'm not sure Firestick has YouTubeTV. They used to not at least.
