Not blaming anything on anyone except for the idiot kids but dads, teach your kids how to fight. Or get them involved in something like BJJ, boxing, judo.
ETA: I skimmed through and didn't catch no intervention from the school. Man, I was wrong, there seems to be quite a bit at fault and blame to go around if adults turned a blind eye to this. I cannot imagine this not being taken seriously.

Ability to fight won’t fix 8 on 1 baw. But in principle, yeah the confidence of being able to defend yourself won’t put you in a position to get sexually assaulted broomstick up the butt style. And having friends at a club like a bjj club makes you not that fricking target. I feel for this kid. I once took up for a kid like this at school. School is worse than prison in my opinion.

Well no, not 8 on 1 and probably not even 2 on 1. My comment was more just if you are known to know how to fight, kids typically aren't going to mess with you. Especially at a small private school.

Especially if their insurance carrier finds a way to deny coverage.
The other consideration is reputation is everything. Parents don't pay tuition for this shite to happen. Ruston schools aren't terrible so it's not like Cedar Creek has a captive audience.

Clearly didn’t. Put yourself in that position as a kid. Probably wouldn’t say anything initially. That’s an insane thing to happen to a person at any age. Unthinkable at that age.
