She says she sprayed the dog with water. No evidence I saw that it was pepper spray.
Isn’t it a common training tool to spray a barking dog with water as a form of behavioral modification?
If my dog was barking at people simply walking by the property, I would want him to stop. I respect people. My dog should too. If someone sprayed my dog with water because he was being an a-hole, I would hope that would be a lesson for that a-hole dog.

What an entitled bitch. I'd love to hear her finish the "I just had surgery" statement, because I'd love to know her excuse for why that means she should spray a tiny fenced-in dog. I can understand if it was loose and confronting her and her animals, but it wasn't.
