L.A. Mayor never said the city will shut off utilities to homes celebrating Thanksgiving
Didn't see this on TD yet... Because I am an idiot and this article was from three months ago having to do with large house parties of 250 people and such. I apologize for being that a-hole. It was posted in a couple other locations online as if the city was actually applying this policy to Thanksgiving.

I got excited and jumped the gun on posting. I am an idiot. I'm sorry for insulting your mothers and I will do better.

But in my defense, which there isn't much of one, it did seem like a very L.A./California thing to do in regard to all the liberal governors' and mayors' COVID hysteria.

Why not send in the SWAT team to take care of things?

What if they are illegal immigrants?

I bet they won’t cut there’s off if they have a party.

Someone inform the UN. I was told that having your water cut off if you were unable to pay was a human rights violation.

I can only imagine cutting off someone's water AFTER they've paid isn't somehow less of a crime.

In Detroit, city-backed water shut-offs ‘contrary to human rights,’ say UN experts
quote:

The city of Detroit must restore access to water for its citizens who remain unable to pay their bills, two United Nations experts urged today, adding that a failure to do so would be a violation of the most basic human rights of those residents.

They don't, this is just to excite the introverted communists.

People who can't enjoy the company of others are miserable when some people can...

And doesn’t have anything to do with Thanksgiving.

It’s about people using rent houses for large parties.
