Is everyone getting these calls? Apparently I’ve been randomly selected 3 days in a row. All from different numbers. This has to be a scam right?

Those calls are usually made from call centers with many phone lines, so the same number may not show up each time they call. It's not really that you got selected three different days. If they don't get an answer, it's common for them to call a few times over different days and at different times of the day.

I answered all 3 times and told them no when they asked if I'd answer some questions.

I imagine most wouldn't call back after a refusal. Survey response has declined greatly over the past few years. They could be calling back hoping they'll get someone different in the household that will participate. There are some differences depending on who's doing the survey. Survey centers focused on research are more likely to try things like that to increase response, whereas somewhere like a market research firm will just keep going.
