Interesting but sobering documentary about TPOS teens stealing cars in Milwaukee. Carjackings and the lack of consequences seem to be a nationwide problem.

The trend of these thefts is evidently growing to New Orleans now. The process to start these cars is a simple as using a flat head screwdriver to pry off the plastic steering column cover, and then the car can be started with a pliers or even just a USB cord/plug. I don’t know how this isn’t a huge national story for these car manufacturers (both kia & hyundai).
